Daniel Kaplan is the President of Loft Development Corporation and has been affiliated with the company since 1984. Dan has been an active participant in all aspects of the real estate market including: the purchase, due diligence, and loan preparation phases of commercial, residential and self storage projects in addition to the management, leasing and sale of these properties. Prior to joining Loft Development, Dan was with the public accounting firms of Morrisson & Morrisson, Ltd. and Arthur Andersen & Co., Ltd. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and is a registered CPA in the State of Illinois.
